DP Allies In Pursuit Of October 13

Three of the parties allied with the Democratic Party have registered for the October 13 elections today, the last day possible as per the legal deadline.

The Socialist Movement for Integration, the Republican Party and the Environmentalist Agrarian Party seek to enter the elections despite the fact that the Central Election Commission has not yet initiated the procedures, due to the absence of 4 members.

Although the Democratic Party refuses to run into the elections with Edi Rama, the Democratic Party headquarter recognizes the decree of President Meta for October 13.

After submitting the request from the DP allies, in a statement to the media the DP noted that the refusal of the four Central Election Commission members is an offense against the Albanian Constitution.
