Trials for electricity, tribunal gives first security measures

The police of Tirana have arrested 22 people for the theft of electricity during the first 3 days of the operation.Today these people were informed from the court regarding their charges. The families of those arrested stated that cez company has sent bills which are not real while the defending lawyers said that this is not a penal act.All those who have been caught red handed stealing electricity will be arrested while the rest will be left in prison for about a month.
