The Emir of Kuwait, first foreigner to have a stamp in his image

The nation of Albania has honored the Emir of Kuwait today, by releasing an official stamp that bears his image.This is the first time that our country has made a stamp portraying the face of a foreign personality, such as the emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber.Soon the prime minister of albania is going for an official visit to Kuwait. At an event that was organized in his honor, the emir of Kuwait expressed his gratitude to Albania, and said that this gesture is a symbol of the cooperation between the two countries.He added that cooperation between albania and Kuwait will be strengthened even further after prime minister edi rama visits his country.Al-Jaber made this statement:"Considering the excellent and friendly relationships between our countries, I welcome prime minster edi rama to visit Kuwait on November 18th. I am confident that through our joint efforts, we will be able to build a greater future for both countries"The head of the parliament, Ilir Meta, was also present at this event, along with several businessmen of our country.The head of the parliament stated that the new stamp is a symbol that will strengthen the our countries' relationship even further. He added that this is a special event, and to him it is a special honor to celebrate the new stamp bearing the picture of the emir of Kuwait.Meta also said that both countries will work together in order to strengthen the excellent friendly relations that they already have.During the last months, the government of Kuwait has helped Albania, giving a donation of 5 million Euros to support our country and its efforts to implement several reforms. The main purpose of this donation is to help us integrate into the European union.
