Since August 3, when SPAK imposed the seizure measure,against the president of "Yldon Media Group" Ylli Ndroqi and theeconomic activities directed by him, mainly RTV Ora and Ora News, has startedan unprecedented attack.
From that moment on, the television staff decided todistance themselves from the issue of justice and to establish the principle ofprotecting media freedom. But the television board, after analyzing the factsand events, notices attempts to influence justice.
"We call on all actors involved in this attack to reconsider their positions and let justice review and judge the case objectively.
At the same time, we call on the judiciary to stay within the framework of the law to give a message that justice in Albania is independent "
We also inform the public that since the beginning ofthis situation, we have been maximally engaged to document the position ofeveryone in this situation by monitoring the actions taken with all forms andmechanisms by the parties aimed at closing the voice of both televisions.
"We also have indisputable evidence and facts that shed light on this whole situation which at the right time we will make public in full.
After the publication of these evidences and facts, the responsible persons will be required to be prosecuted criminally and civilly to be held accountable for their actions."
These actions are considered unfair and certainly comein the wake of previous initiatives, such as the case of the SHI that after nobasis demanded the closure of RTV Ora at the height of the pandemic.
