Notification of the Public Commissioner
The Public Commissioner, within the legal deadline, filed an appeal with the Special Appellate Panel, at the Constitutional Court, against decision no. 273, dated 10.7.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the subject of re-evaluation Mrs. Alkelina Gazidedja, Judge at the Administrative Court of Appeal.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewing the above decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and the recommendation of the International Monitoring Operation (IMO), considers that, based on the evidence and facts administered, the subject of the re-evaluation does not reach a reliable level for confirmation in office.
The Public Commissioner shares the same position with the IMO recommendation and requests that the Special Appellate Panel consider this complaint with priority in time, in order to prevent eventual decision-making by other ordinary inspection bodies on transferred cases, which would superimpose their review by the Special Appellate Panel within the re-evaluation procedure and at the end of the trial in public session, decide to amend decision no. 273, dated 10.7.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission, and the dismissal of the subject of re-evaluation, Mrs. Alkelina Gazidedja.
