DCM/ The Government Transfers To The Private The Territory Of The Republic Guard. Ready For The Next Towers?

The government has decided to transfer ownership of a private company of 1470 square meters of Republic Guard land near the Artificial Lake Park.

In exchange for this land, the government will take over the same land owned by the company, which also houses a building of about 250 square meters.

"The exchange to be realized through the exchange contract, which is signed by the Industrial Enterprise no. 1 Tirana and the company "Dushku S.A", sh.p.k", it is stated among others in the decision of the Council of Ministers.

The decision of the Council of Ministers, dated September 23 and signed by Deputy Prime Minister Erion Brace, has already been published in the Official Gazette.

DCM:

1. Exchange of property with an area of 1 470 (one thousand four hundred and seventy) m2, part of the state property no. .1 Tirana, depending on the Ministry of Finance and Economy, with properties no.2 / 353, 2/534, 2/355, 2/18, with a total “land” area of 1 470 (one thousand four hundred and seventy) m2 and objects, with an area of 251 6 (two hundred and fifty one comma six) m2, owned by the company "Dushku SA", sh.pk, in the cadastral zone 8280 Tirana, according to the evaluation report attached to this decision.

2. The exchange of these properties to be carried out without remuneration or compensation on their value.

3. The exchange to be realized through the exchange contract, which is signed by the Industrial Enterprise no. 1 Tirana and the company "Dushku S.A", sh.p.k.

4. After the exchange, properties no.2 / 353, 2/534, 2/355, 2/18, with a total area of “land” 1 470 (one thousand four hundred and seventy) m2 and buildings, with an area of 251 6 (two hundred fifty one comma six) m2, in cadastral zone 8280, to be used by the Municipality of Tirana, in function of the master plan approved by the general local plan of Tirana.

5. The Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Industrial Enterprise no.1 Tirana, the Municipality of Tirana and the State Cadastre Agency are in charge of the implementation of this decision.
