A day after the failure of the political consensus inthe Council, it seems that the majority is preparing for the scenario ofapproving the electoral reform without the opposition.

Earlier, Gjiknuri and Balla warned that if theextra-parliamentary opposition does not bring its proposals, the SP draft willbe passed in the Assembly.

The approval of the new electoral code requires 84votes, so minority votes in the Assembly will also be needed.
