Coronavirus In Albania, The Number Of Victims Decreases, 151 New Cases In 24 Hours, 198 Hospitalized

In the last 24 hours in Albania, 151 new cases ofcoronavirus were recorded from 824 tests performed.

The situation is serious in the hospitals where 198patients are currently receiving services, of which 21 are in intensive careand 4 are intubated.

Compared to other days, the number of victims hasdecreased, where this Monday 3 patients lost their lives from the coronaviruswith a total of 319 victims.

Also recovered were 80 recovered where a total of 6,186people have won the battle with the coronavirus.

Infected - During the last 24 hours, 824 tests were performed on suspects affected by COVID-19, including tests performed in non-public laboratories and 151 citizens affected by the SARSCOV2 virus were identified.

Healed - 80 citizens have won the battle with the dangerous virus in the last 24 hours, bringing it to 6,186 since the beginning of the epidemic in the country.

The geographical distribution of positive daily cases is as follows - 71 cases in Tirana, 12 cases in Kavaja, 10 cases in Fier, 9 cases in Elbasan, 8 cases in Shkodra, 5 cases in Durres, Lushnje, 4 cases in Divjaka, Fushë- Arrëz, Gramsh, 3 cases in Berat, Librazhd, Saranda, 2 cases in Kukës, Gjirokastër, 1 case in Krujë, Korçë, Has, Mallakastër, Kamëz, Pogradec.

Inpatients - In the Infectious Diseases Hospital and "Shefqet Ndroqi" 198 confirmed positive patients with COVID-19 are being treated, 21 in intensive therapy of which 4 patients are intubated.

Victims - Despite the efforts of doctors and nurses in the two Covid hospitals, the battle with this dangerous virus has not been won by a 75-year-old and a 76-year-old from Durrës, and a 91-year-old from Tirana.

Also in the two COVID hospitals are receivingspecialized service 8 citizens who have been positive with COVID-19 and arecurrently negative, but are continuing to receive hospital treatment for theconsequences of the disease.
