Academic Artan Fuga says that if the mutual recognitionof Kosovo-Serbia is not resolved, Albania will remain outside the EuropeanUnion.
According to him, the Western Balkans will also findintegration very difficult.

If the mutual recognition of Kosovo - Serbia is not resolved, the Western Balkans will find it very difficult to integrate into the European Union, or impossible!
I do not even understand why only with Serbia, when Kosovo has accounts with the former Yugoslavia!
For the same reason, Albania remains outside, which, among other things, has a lot to do to approach the minimum of European standards!
But for this to happen, it takes political will that transcends Kosovars and Serbs!
