SP In Anticipation Of Changes, Rama Convenes The Parliamentary Group In Elbasan

Before starting the campaign engines for the third term,the SP must first be reorganized.
For this reason, Prime Minister Edi Rama will convenetoday, September 1, in Elbasan the parliamentary group to make a balance sheetand to determine the holding of the Assembly, which will elect the newpresidency.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the Socialists find itdifficult to gather all the members in one hall therefore they have thought ofa mixed system.
They will also discuss the upcoming parliamentaryelections, the candidate lists and the political leaders of the regions.
Ministers await Rama's speech - Socialists are awaiting the Prime Minister's decision whether their government will undergo changes or Rama will continue to hold the same cabinet until the spring of next year.
The implementation ofconstitutional changes in the Electoral Code will also be part of the table ofthe socialist parliamentary group.
Open lists and theabolition of pre-election coalitions will be discussed in the PoliticalCouncil, where parties are expected to bring drafts with their proposals.
