The President of the Republic awaited in a meeting the outgoing Ambassador of Poland to our country.
According to what the head of state wrote on Facebook, "I thanked the Ambassador for Poland's help in rebuilding the areas affected by last year's earthquake, as well as for the valuable assistance in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in our country."
Ilir Meta: I had the pleasure to meet today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Albania, Sh.T.Z. Karol Bachura, on the occasion of the completion of His diplomatic mission.
I appreciated His role and contribution in strengthening bilateral relations, underlining the very good level and importance of their further strengthening for the benefit of the peoples of our countries.
I thanked for the supportive position of Poland for the European integration processes of Albania and the Western Balkans as a whole, as well as for the help and support of Poland especially in the framework of V4 and V4-WB6.
Very happy with the statistics and the growing interest of Polish tourists to visit Albania, I assured them that we welcome an even larger number of them to turn Albanian tourism and Albania into their favorite destination.
I thanked the Ambassador for Poland's assistance in rebuilding the areas affected by last year's earthquake, as well as for his valuable assistance in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic in our country.
