"Lleshaj Resign!" Protests In Korça As Well, Trees Burned, Stones And Bottles Against The Municipality, A Policeman Is Injured

With banners in hand "Lleshaj resign" and "I am Klodian" with dozens of young people protested today in Korca, first in front of the police and then headed to the municipality.

"Killer government, police kill, we want justice" were their cries in the choir.

But the parade towards the town hall did not go smoothly. Protesters set fire to festive trees, threw bottles and stones.

There were also attacks with hard objects against the police.

One policeman was reported injured. Police further attempted to repel the crowd.

Protesters continued to throw stones at the town hall.
