DP Denounces: NAIS 2.5 Million Euros Fictitious Tenders, Who Is Hiding Behind?

The Democratic Party returned to what it considers ascandal by the National Agency for Information Society, where it is claimedthat winning tenders worth 2.5 million euros were awarded.

Former Democratic MP, Endri Hasa, asked the justice tostart the investigation, while he said that it should be found out who ishiding behind the company Image & Communications Development.

"The National Agency of Information Society during July and August alone has given 2.5 billion ALL fictitious tenders, without competition and close to the limit fund of this company. This company, which turns out to be owned by Igli Gjelishti, has benefited in the same way full 7.5 billion ALL in 2 years.

Igli Gjelishti has benefited 10 million lek every day from the money of the Albanians, while the economy is immersed in crisis and thousands of citizens are constantly losing their jobs, not even being able to earn a living."

DP denounced Image & communications Development,which although created in 2010 has not declared any income nor has it depositedbalance sheets until 2014.

He also addressed some questions that need to beanswered.

"How is it possible that this company for the portal opendata.gov.al, which in fact reflects only statistical data of institutions, was paid 739 million ALL in 2018?

How is it possible that while this company has benefited over 2.3 billion ALL in 2018 for the electronic fine system for the State Police, traffic police officers continue to hold paper blocks in hand?

How is it possible that the cost for the electronic register for the family doctor visit forms has been multiplied compared to the requirements of the institution itself by paying the company a full 1.8 billion ALL?

How is it possible that the system for the exchange of financial information of taxes will cost Albanians 899 million ALL?

What does the company have to do with the published public services of E-albania to benefit from their maintenance for 430 million ALL?

Who enabled the galloping benefits of Image and Communication Development?

Who is hiding behind Igli Gjelishti? ”
