Yuri Kim: Albania Is Special, A Privilege To Serve As An American Diplomat

The US Embassy through a Facebook post has announced the closing of the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations with Albania.
The embassy announces that the celebrations will close with the message of the current ambassador to Albania, Yuri Kim, who says that it is a privilege to serve as American diplomats in the world, but Albania is special.
"Last week, we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of diplomatic relations between the United States and Albania and celebrated this important date for our two countries by posting messages from former US Ambassadors to the Albanian people.
We close our celebrations with the message of our current Ambassador of the United States, Yuri Kim, who arrived in Tirana in January 2020.
It is a privilege to serve as American diplomats anywhere in the world - but let me say that Albania is special. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth of the Albanian people and the deep connection that exists between our two countries," said Ambassador Kim.
