After the dismissal of doctor Ilir Allkja, the chairwoman of the SMI, Monika Kryemadhi, reacted. In a Facebook post, Kryemadhi expresses solidarity with doctor Ilir Allkja.

“This situation has not started today, but we have and are keeping track of everything. Change is coming” writes Kryemadhi

Kryemadhi: I stand in solidarity with the doctor Ilir Allkja, who is one of the many citizens unfairly fired from the Renaissance. This situation has not started today, but we have and are keeping track of everything. The new government will redress these injustices by creating the space for them to return to work, as well as by revisiting all the motivation of fines for putting pressure on businesses and any entity that Rilindja treats as an enemy. Change is coming!
