The Constitutional Court, Kryemadhi Reacts: Positive Step! After April 25, The Citizens Return To Power

The chairwoman of the SMI, Monika Kryemadhi has reacted to the appointment of the sixth member of the Constitutional Court.
Kryemadhi says that every positive step should be appreciated, adding that the country should have had justice institutions for a long time.
"Every positive step taken towards the establishment of the basic institutions of the Republic of Albania, such as filling vacancies in the Constitutional Court, is to be appreciated. These are very late processes, beyond the deadlines that had to be realized, that if the majority had taken into account the proposals of the United Opposition, the country would have long had a fully functional Constitutional Court and a High Court," wrote Kryemadhi.
The chairwoman of the SMI went on to say that “April 25, 2021 is the day when Albania is separated from a dark period, when state institutions were placed entirely in the function of the power of a single individual, to open a new chapter. After April 25, the citizens return to power!”
