The OSCE Presence in Albania has welcomed the appointment of Përparim Kalo as a judge of the Constitutional Court.
The OSCE has described this step as fundamental and fantastic news.
"The election of Përparim Kalo as a member of the Constitutional Court is another fantastic news and a fundamental step. For the first time, in over two and a half years, the court will have a quorum, enabling its functioning. Congratulations to the judge Kalo for your election and ad majora", writes Ambassador Vincenzo Del Monaco.
