Rama In The Assembly: The Opposition Will Come To Power With The Covid Ally. This Will Not Happen

Prime Minister Edi Rama from the rostrum of the Assembly underlined that Albania has taken all measures to manage the coronavirus pandemic.

"We have nothing missing in our relations with others. With this disease there is nothing outside Albania that is nothing in Albania. Neither a special medical protocol, nor a special apparatus "

Rama said the government is prepared for the worst that could happen.

"We have free capacities today, even in the covid 3 hospital, we still have an empty hospital waiting for the bad day. Even in the regional hospitals where the defensive line is extended, if the numbers will go beyond these capacities, but today it has not happened."

He could not avoid accusations against the opposition in his speech at the parliamentary session where the 2021 budget is being discussed. Rama said that the opposition can not come to government having covid an ally.

"Today, even in our region, we are with the most facilitating parameters from the psychological point of view. The aggravation of the people with complete restlessness that echoes the sample dream of those who left parliament with the idea that they will take power through unknown anti-democratic ways.

The dream that covid will now do what they failed to do, to incite extreme despair among Albanians and turn it into a generator of war against the government is an echo that shows only the chronic mental laziness of those who think they can come to government up using covidine as an ally. This will not happen and there is no way it will happen."

Rama said that in the 2021 budget, the financial support of the basic prescription will be continued and will be included in the scheme to be reimbursed for all medicines for the benefit of all those affected by Covid-19.

Also in the 2021 budget, it is foreseen to double the economic aid for the time of facing the pandemic.
