"The Past As A KLA Investigator", Rama To Basha: Go Out And Explain To The People

While everyone's attention is on the pandemic situation in the country and the overcrowding of hospitals with the sick, Prime Minister Edi Rama returns once again to the posts on Dick Marty's report on Kosovo.

Following the replies to Dick Marty's report, in a status on twitter, Rama writes: This story of your past as a KLA investigator is not blown away with swearing. Explain to the people!

While quoting the international organization, Human Rights Watch Rama writes:

"Lulzim Basha worked for the UNMIK Tribunal and the Department of Justice after the war and personally investigated the detention facilities in northern Albania."

The day before, the Director of the Press Office in the Democratic Party, Elona Meço, officially reacted to the accusations of Prime Minister Rama and listing the facts.

"Edi Rama lies about Albania's attitude towards Dick Marty's report. This report was never voted in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in January 2011 because the reports are not voted on.

In the Assembly, Albania voted in favor of a resolution calling for an investigation into the issues raised in Dick Marty's report. The resolution calls on Eulex, Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, etc. to assist with the investigation. So, the vote is not in favor of Mr. Dick's report, but in favor of the resolution", it is said, among other things, in Meço's reaction.
