This is the ultimatum ofthe American ambassador Yuri Kim, who through a post on Twitter, asks PresidentIlir Meta and Speaker Gramoz Ruçi to cooperate for this purpose, taking intoaccount the opinion of the Venice Commission, reports Ora News.

"I thank President Ilir Meta and Speaker Ruçi for making it clear that Albania must have a functioning Constitutional Court. We agree. Taking into account the opinion of the Venice Commission, these two leaders must join forces urgently for this to happen before the end of 2020," Ambassador Kim wrote on Twitter.
