Luan Rama: I Challenge The Prime Minister To Go To Selenica To Tell The Citizens Why He Withdrew The Funds For The Road

SMI Deputy Chairman, Luan Rama in a statement to the media regarding the issue of interruption of financing the road that connects Selenica with the Levan Tepelena highway and Peshkpinë with Selenica.
Luan Rama addressed questions to the Prime Minister as to why he removed and canceled the funds provided for the construction of the Selenica road. He said he challenges the Prime Minister to go to Selenica together and respond to the citizens.
Luan Rama: Even at the beginning of this year, the Prime Minister continued to appear who is irresponsible, provocative, placed in the path of neck-breakings in front of the mountain of corruption, irresponsibility that identifies his government. The latest case is the stay in Vlora, insulting and humiliating the citizens of Vlora, but also making clear his real portrait. Today I am here not only for the citizens of Vlora and Selenica to ask Rama why he removed and canceled the funds provided for the construction of the Selenica road.
It happened that the project was crippled and why the funds dedicated to the residents of Selenica and the whole municipality, why the funds dedicated to fix the road that connects Peshkpinë with Selenica and Selenica with the highway Levan-Tepelena were removed. That area that is just a little more than 20 km away from the sea and Vlora, is today the poorest area of Albania. The government should be held accountable for this and should not make excuses to cover up the violation of the constitution. I challenge Prime Minister Rama to go to Selenica together and tell the citizens of Selenica why he withdrew the funds for the road.
