Heritage Report/ Albania Decline For Economic Freedom, President Meta Reacts: Scary Slide

The report of the international foundation "Heritage" has shown that Albania has decreased by 9 places in the ranking for economic freedom compared to a year ago.

Regarding this fact, President Ilir Meta also reacted, describing it as a scary slide in the dive of the free economy, while adding that the withdrawal of the state and the Assembly is urgent.

"This frightening slide into economic freedom is a direct consequence of the brutal violation of property rights and the dysfunction of the judicial system.

This deeply negative report confirms the continuous public attitudes, which I have also expressed with decrees, in defense of free competition.

Therefore, it is urgent to seize the state, the Assembly, the Government and the judiciary from the oligarchs and cult interests", writes Meta.
