"Senators And Socialist Figures Were Left Out To Include Former SMI Ministers" Bushati Clashes With Rama And Veliaj

The omission of the SP from the official list for the elections of April 25 has caused dissatisfaction of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Ditmir Bushati with the chief socialist Rama and the political leader of Tirana Erion Veliaj.

Bushati has not had the opportunity to debate face to face, but only through the small online screen.

According to him, the main responsibility for the lists is the chief socialist himself, arguing with the reason for the personalization of feeds in the SP.

The inclusion of former SMI ministers in the safe lists of the SP in Berat and Durres, according to the former minister, has left out important figures of the majority, such as the case of Adnor Shameti in Berat as Nasip Naço will run in his place.

Even Bushati, addressing Rama and the political leaders, "accused" them that the lists were not consulted with the party forums, risking that individuals involved in the criminal world would be included in it.

Leaving outside the safe zone in Tirana the socialist "senators", Pandeli Majko, Mimi Kodheli and Fatmir Xhafaj, the former Foreign Minister has seen as treason committed by the political leader of Tirana.

Bushati did not believe Veliaj's argument that the new names listed on the old socialist jackets were a decision to attract the votes of the young people.

But despite the debates, Rama has closed the discussions by telling Bushati that the reason why he is on the list has to do only with his behavior and non-engagement in the party after leaving the post of foreign minister.
