Basha Accuses Rama About The Reconstruction: Movement Of Citizens From Their Properties, A Theft Scheme

Opposition leader Lulzim Basha calls the process of rebuilding homes affected by the quake a scheme of abuse by oligarchs.
During the meetings with residents and representatives of small business in the area of the plant in Tirana, he said that the relocation of apartments from existing lands is a robbery scheme.
"They also saw reconstruction as an opportunity to steal people, as an opportunity to fill their pockets. April 25 is a day of victory for the families affected by the earthquake," said Basha.
Basha promised a special aid plan for people who have passed the covid, as the pandemic situation is out of control.
"But it is not your duty, it is the duty of the state to help you and I guarantee you that after April 25 you will have a state and a government that will help the people. There are no miracles, but at least there will be normalcy," Basha added.
Considering business the backbone of the economy, the Democratic leader unveiled the Democratic Party platform.
"We have agreed on a plan that will end the ordeal of your moral and financial suffering. We will give you security and the opportunity to live in prosperity and dignity," he said.
Corruption and current misgovernment must end on April 25, so Basha calls for unity in overthrowing the government.
