Rising Of The Pandemic Curve, Manastirliu: Young People Are Infected, Re-Infections Are Reported
The Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu during the press conference has indicated that the ratio of new cases has increased significantly.
According to Manastirliu, it has been noticed that there were also infected young people and adds that the cases of reinfection were also at risk.
Manastirliu: We have cases of infections at young ages, we have cases of re-infections another reason that leads experts to suspicions of the circulation of new variants and it is estimated that we are dealing with these reasonable suspicions.
We are waiting for the Reference Laboratory in Berlin to verify if our suspicions are true.
The increase has other reasons related to the non-implementation of the measure, the negligence of respect, family gatherings during the holidays and the increased influx of population in some tourist areas.
According to the analysis of IPH and the Technical Committee of Experts, the highest level this week was marked yesterday with over 1100 new cases, estimated at the weekly average of over 1030 cases.
The fortnightly incidence is 450 new cases per 100,000 inhabitants compared to the previous 14 days. The average number of new daily cases has increased and there is an increasing trend of deaths.
