Basha: We Will Create 110 Thousand Jobs, Renewable Energy A Priority
The candidate for prime minister of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, explained to the representatives of the renewable energy association that this sector will be a priority for his next government after April 25. And to achieve this goal, Basha promised this interest group that he has a concrete plan to make this commitment possible.
Basha urged them to become his allies and the government for increased employment, competitiveness and economic recovery.
"Many things must divide us and keep us separate, but we are united by the mission of economic recovery. To be together part of a national awakening. I will stand by the commitment that renewable energy is a national priority.
We will see them as allies to make it possible for us to jointly develop this sector which will make Albania cleaner, more energy less expensive, more competitive business and as a result will be one of the strong targets for 110 thousand jobs in the four years of our first term” said Basha.
Basha accused his political opponent Edi Rama of enriching his government partners in the renewable energy sector, causing the state millions of lost money.
Basha called April 25 the day when Albania should cut the Gordian knot that keeps the problems connected.
April 25 is the day to wait together for the Gordian knot that holds these problems together. 25 April is the day when we all need to take responsibility for change. April 25 is the day when the choice is very simple, can it continue like this or will it change?
Today you not only have the question in front of you, but you also have the reasons why April 25th will be a day of change and victory for all.
Not just for a political party or a coalition of parties, but for the Albanian enterprise, for your employees, for your vision, for your dreams that have come true and that you can hardly keep up, and for the dreams that sleep in the drawers and that tomorrow will have the total support of an allied entrepreneurial government in every field and in particular renewable energy as a key, strategic sector that will improve the quality of life, air, environment and energy costs that directly affect the pockets of every Albanian family and of course affects the economy and business as a whole. ”
A total of 110,000 new jobs and a flat tax of 9% are the two promises of Basha's program that seeks to entice voters to give him power on April 25.
