The two lawyers of the president of RTV Ora and Ora News have demanded the unlocking of all properties that are under sequestration by SPAK. According to them, the decision of three months ago was hasty. While submitting detailed financial tables, Besnik Muçi and Jordan Daci emphasized that every cent of Mr. Ndroqi is legal.
With a detailed financial analysis based on evidence that contradicts the allegations of the accusation, the two lawyers of the President of "Yldon Media Group", Ylli Ndroqi, Besnik Muçi and Jordan Daci, have appeared this Thursday in the Special Prosecution where they have filed the request for revocation of the decision to seize the property of Mr. Ndroqi, decided by the GJKKO three months ago.

Besnik Muçi: We submitted to the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime a request for revocation of the decision of the Court of First Instance for imposing a sequestration measure, within the Anti-Mafia law, for the assets of the citizen Ylli Ndroqi. We presented it to the prosecutor's office, assessing that the stay in force of the seizure measure has damaged and is damaging irreparably, has drastically reduced the value of the assets of the citizen Ylli Ndroqi and has irreparably damaged the image of well-known brands that this citizen represents here.
In the same line, the lawyer Jordan Daci stated that the investigation of the prosecution is incomplete, and he even stressed that the accusation of arrest in Italy is untrue.
He added that every cent of Mr. Ndroqi is legal.
Jordan Daci: Every cent has legal and verifiable answers. We have come to the conclusion that many procedures have been rushed and to help Mr. Ndroqi. We are sure that we will have a decision that proves the opposite, as we have brought irrefutable evidence.
Daci stated that as a result of this decision, the companies of "Yldon Media Grup" have suffered considerable damage while the administrators have not been able to collect even the obligations they had for duty.
Jordan Daci: Companies have suffered a lot of damage. One of the companies in the mining field does not continue that the ministry has become an obstacle for the renewal of permits. There are also about $ 1 million in liabilities and administrators have not collected a single cent of those liabilities.
Daci said that the Prosecution should return an answer within 15 days and in case of non-review, the defense attorneys will address a request to the court.
For several months, "Yldon Media Group" and its president Ylli Ndroqi have been under strong political and police pressure, where there were also show actions in the premises of RTV Ora and Ora News.
