The Government and the Municipality of Tirana have acted as a structured criminal group in connection with the construction of the Tirana incinerator.

This is what the Secretary for Legal Affairs in the Democratic Party, Çlirim Gjata, says.

Through a reaction on Facebook, the official of the blue headquarters states that, “the lemonade investigation for” inequality in tenders “is a mockery of the sweat of the Albanians”.

“The government of Edi Rama and the Municipality of Tirana, led by Erion Veliaj have acted as a structured criminal group in connection with the construction of the incinerator in Tirana.

There have been premeditated and planned actions with the Tirana incinerator, starting with Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj, to the detriment of the public interest.

It is a business where the state will pay about 400 million euros to the private sector that hides in a tax haven and no one knows who it is. The lemonade investigation for “inequality in tenders” is a mockery of the sweat of the Albanians.

The Democratic Party will soon file a real criminal lawsuit against the incinerator in Tirana. The criminal cooperation of this government in order to benefit against the interest of the citizens, will have to be punished!”, Gjata writes in his reaction.
