Rama To The Mayors: There Are No Vacations, Continue Working And Meet People In Every Area

SP mayors and deputies will not take summer vacations.Prime Minister Edi Rama has asked them to intensify meetings with voters, thusturning on the engines of the campaign. However, he has taken care to clarifythat there will be no early elections for local government.

In addition to working in the assembly and themunicipality, representatives of the majority must all come out to listen tothe concerns of the electorate.

The Socialist leader has given an ultimatum to localelected officials to leave their offices and hold meetings in open spaces toprotect themselves from pandemics.

The meeting with them came after complaints made to themthe day before at the majority depots.

According to the Socialist parliamentarians, they arealso in charge of the work of the commissions as well as the electoralmeetings.
