The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has signed the first three summonses regarding the demolition of the Theater.

The three engineers Olsi Nunaj, Artur Hasantare and Elbarina Kola will appear before the Prosecutor's Office on Monday to give explanations regarding the expertise act that was in favor of the demolition.

According to the report that led to the launch of the investigation, they have signed the demolition even though they have never been to the facility to verify his condition.

The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has called for the interrogation of three engineers who were reported by the Alliance for the Protection of Theater for "abuse of duty" in connection with the demolition of the National Theatre.

It is learned that 3 engineers Olsi Nunaj, Artur Hasantare and Elbarina Kola will appear at the prosecutor's office at the beginning of the week, to be questioned as people who have knowledge after the report made by artists and activists.

The plaintiffs claimed that the three engineers, who drafted the expert report on the demolition of the National Theater, did so with forged documents.

They claim that three of the five engineers who drafted the act have never been to the Theater to closely monitor the condition of the facility.

The plaintiffs claim that the crime was committed intentionally, as all three of these citizens were aware that their expertise had become fictitious, unfounded in concrete verifications of the condition of the National Theatre and they knowingly stated in the examination that “The current conditions of the building The National Theatre "statically" are not suitable for carrying out activities, they are outside the norms of design and use of an object of this category "by initiating to the councilors of the Municipality of Tirana an untrue and unfounded expertise in field verifications.

Experts have taken attributes that do not belong to the law leading the City Council to a wrong decision.
